How does a vehicle repair plan work?
If you experience a vehicle breakdown, head straight to your preferred ASE-certified service provider or schedule a repair through our partner, RepairPal at repairpal.com/olive.
Let the repair facility know you have olive.com® coverage prior to starting repairs. The repair facility will contact the administrator’s claims office to file a claim and report their diagnosis and submit a repair estimate.

How do I get a claim approved?
Prior to starting any repairs, let the repair facility know you have olive.com® coverage. The repair facility must then contact the administrator’s claims office at 800-773-9980 with a diagnosis and estimate of repairs. Once repairs have been completed, the administrator will pay all covered items and repairs, you pay your deductible and any non-covered items.
Where can I take my vehicle for repairs?
You can take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility, but to make it convenient for you, we’ve partnered with RepairPal who certifies their shops on fair pricing and high quality.
